Items That You Can’t Return
- Any product, which is opened and or partially used and or has no original packaging, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Original shipping fees are **non-refundable** However, in the unlikely event, If the error is ours (wrong/defective item), we will cover return shipping.
- Additionally, products listed as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-refundable, including specific discounted items.
- In the unlikely event that a non-returnable/Final Sale item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please Contact Us .
Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return on a item that’s eligible for return, simply Email adroit.industry7@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will inspect and, if approved, issue a refund within **5–10 business days** via PayU.
